At Zeptra, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Since our electric scooters are large, specialized products, we do not accept general returns. Instead, we provide full support through our warranty and damaged-on-arrival coverage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, our team will be happy to help before you buy.
Warranty Coverage

All scooters come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or water

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

If your scooter develops a warranty-covered issue within 12 months of purchase, we will assist you in coordinating the repair or replacement process with the manufacturer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your scooter arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How to Make a Claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Attach photos or videos showing the problem.
