Your safety is our priority. Before using your Zeptra electric scooter, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Wear protective gear – helmet, knee and elbow pads are strongly recommended.

  2. Follow local laws – obey traffic rules and regulations for electric scooters in your area.

  3. Use responsibly – avoid riding on steep inclines, slippery surfaces, or in adverse weather conditions.

  4. Children & minors – Zeptra scooters are intended for riders aged 16+ (or local legal age). Adult supervision is required for younger riders.

  5. Maintenance – check brakes, tires, battery, and other parts before each ride.

Zeptra is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow these safety instructions.

🔧 Warranty

  • Zeptra products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or modifications.

  • To claim a warranty, contact us at  with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We may repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.

    1. Provides a 12-month warranty for core parts: Motor, Controller, Charger, Display Card, and Throttle. a 12-month for the battery. Other parts are not under warranty (except batch failure), Warranty Spare parts shipping fees will be paid by Kixin.
    2. Human damage is not covered by warranty.
    3. Customers need to provide the video or pictures of the defective scooter to Kixin, after-sales engineers need the video and pictures of the defective scooter to make the judgment of the defective problem.

      These videos and pictures are also to be seen as evidence to communicate and manage the raw materials suppliers to give back the warranty service to clients.

    4. Once the Engineers confirm whether the failure was caused by our side or the raw material supplier side, we will arrange the warranty spare parts shipping immediately plus necessary remote technique support.
